I spent nearly a decade building things in tech, startups you’ve probably heard of, maybe worked at, and definitely read about once or twice. I was a last minute spreadsheet fixer, I saw the roadmaps brake, and 2am slack threads that didn't end.
Now I write, I’ve changed the names, blurred a few details, and protected the people (mostly myself). But the feelings? Those are real.
Scaling Emotions: A Startup Memoir with Too Many Feelings
This isn’t a tell-all. It’s a debrief.
It’s what founders don’t say out loud.
It’s what ops people whisper over drinks.
It’s what stays unsent in the notes app.
Call it a memoir. Call it post-traumatic ops disorder.
I just call it the story I had to write before it wrote itself, either in therapy or as an afterthought in my obituary.
